I've stayed in both apartments in this building, and both were fantastic. Having breakfast on the balcony with a view of industrial Brno during sunrise, or on the other side with the castle view – you never tire of it. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the fridge is clean. The roommates were always pleasant, and the rooms were never untidy.

I was searching for accommodation in the city center but without any noise. The apartment in Poděbradova looks fantastic, and it's conveniently close to Kaufland or SM Královo Pole. The neighborhood is pleasant, and the tram stop is right next to the building. I'm quite satisfied.
